The production design concept of the marking-off plate focuses on the thickness of the working surface, the thickness and height of the side walls, and the thickness, height, and density of the bottom ribs. The manufacturing process of the marking-off plate follows the latest national standard GB/T22095-2008. The standards for marking-off plates are generally divided into the following categories: Purpose of the marking-off plate: It serves as a basic tool for precision part marking, used in production to inspect whether the size of products meets standards. If there are errors or geometric deviations, precise markings are made at the corresponding positions to facilitate further processing of semi-finished products. Due to its excellent plane stability and sufficient toughness, this product has become a planar reference measuring tool in the field of workpiece inspection or marking.
Material and high-temperature tempering of the marking-off plate: The materials used are gray iron 200-300 and ductile iron 400-300, with a working surface hardness of HB180-300. The grades are HT250 and QT400-600. The quality of the cast iron and the high-temperature tempering treatment significantly impact the performance of the marking-off plate: Residual stress may cause deformation of the working surface, wear resistance may affect the maintenance of precision, or difficulty in scraping may prevent achieving a small roughness value. Therefore, attention must be paid to the selection of cast iron materials, and methods such as high-temperature tempering should be used to eliminate residual stress in the marking-off plate. High-temperature tempering of the marking-off plate is also known as stress relief annealing or low-temperature annealing. This annealing process is primarily used to eliminate residual stress in the marking-off plate. If these stresses are not eliminated, they may cause deformation or cracking of the marking-off plate over time or during subsequent machining processes and practical applications. Stress relief is typically achieved through high-temperature tempering. The first heating temperature is 600-700°C, with a holding time of 2-8 hours, followed by furnace cooling or natural cooling in air. If the temperature exceeds 700°C or the holding time is too long, it may lead to graphitization, reducing the strength and hardness of the marking-off plate. After rough machining, a second tempering is performed at 500-550°C for 3-5 hours, followed by furnace cooling. This process can eliminate all internal stress in the marking platform without changing the cast iron structure.
Specifications of the marking-off plate: Sizes range from 100*100 mm to 3000*6000 mm. Custom specifications can be successfully processed and produced according to user requirements to meet their needs. Accuracy of the marking-off plate: Divided into grades 0, 1, 2, and 3. The working surface is scraped, with 1*2 (mm) engraved lines, typically spaced 100*100 mm apart, but customization is possible. Flatness calculation formula: (According to the latest national standard GB/T22095-2008) Support and installation design requirements for the marking-off plate: Designed based on the user's required pressure bearing capacity of N tons; Adjustable pads or platform supports are used to facilitate leveling during the use of the marking-off plate; Load-bearing supports are evenly distributed; Detailed installation instructions are provided, along with installation drawings, including a plan view of support point layout, detailed design of the support structure between the leveling pads and the foundation, and foundation drawings. The weight of the workpiece should not exceed the rated load of the marking-off plate to avoid reducing work quality and damaging the structure of the plate, causing deformation.
